SCREENING

Prevention is one of the greatest challenges in our field. Every instance of the disease being prevented is one more victory against this disease. The most common forms of cancer in India are Oral, Lung, Cervical and Breast Cancer.

All our efforts in this field are futile if people are unaware or misinformed about the disease. More so if they do not attend screening camps or have annual general check-ups. While we have regular screening held here every week, this is not enough. So, wherever possible, we address groups of people on prevention.

One interesting initiative we have here is the Tobacco Cessation Clinic to help in de-addiction of all forms of tobacco.
